You may be upset about how much you hate your job, but if you were to take the bad days as experiences and challenges that you will value in future; your attitude and composure would change.

Have you been a victim of abuse? Transform all the pain,fear and anger that you have inside into love. Learn to not become the person who abused you. You do not have to turn it into a vicious cycle to feel better about what you went through.

We all go through good and bad times. We all know that nothing is permanent. There is nothing negative about it. Life is exciting and full of promises, if you would only look at it from that perspective.

Respond to everything in life, but don’t react. Sadness,anger and disappointment are just emotions that drop by. They are not meant to be kept as souvenirs in your closet.

Happiness, on the other hand…can adorn every atom of your being and environment…if you would allow it to. The intensity may fluctuate but if you will it to stay, it will do just that.

The external world can never affect you, if you won’t let it. A bad day can turn out to be the worst or best. It’s up to you. Allow life to mould you as each day unfolds and always expect to have a good day.
