Cure From Loneliness

Let’s break this theory into smaller pieces and magnify them. Conditions like depression inevitably invite a sense of loneliness into the victim’s mind. This can be to a certain extent cured through psychological treatment but nothing is far better a physician than one’s mind.
Follow up:
From the moment your heart first began to beat when you were still in the warm confines of your mother’s womb, you have a soul, body and mind of your own. You are recognized as an individual by mankind. Although you will need to co-exist on a planet overflowing with people, you will always be looked at as a creation that forms a part of this Universe.
So the first step in overcoming loneliness is to understand that the importance of your existence goes far beyond the familiar surroundings you know. You play a vital role in the evolution of the Universe. Your biological connections to other humans are just one aspect of your existence.
Every atom in your body is connected to the Universe (and that includes everything from the air you breath to a massive ship that is sailing on the Pacific Ocean right now). You have the right to dream, want and claim anything on this Universe as much as anyone else.
Therefore, you need to empower your mind to accept the fact that you are a magnificent being in your own right. You are not alone for everyone and everything is connected to your mind, body and soul.
Loneliness comes from feeling detached to everything. I don’t think one can even afford to feel lonely if he or she realizes the magnamity of life.
Emotional dependence leads to loneliness when your expectations from the sources are not satisfactory. The best way to avoid any negative vibrations during such circumstances would be to look for the inner peace and connection.
Self-realization brings inner peace. There are many ways one can achieve this. Try meditation or self-hypnosis. Whatever you do, I can assure you that the outcome of realizing this theory will leave you thrilled. I began to love myself and life so much more than I ever did.
The mental strength that develops from this gives you the confidence and determination to overcome loneliness, rejection and depression.
There is no way you can be detached from this Universe unless you allow your mind to think so. You have a very important role to play, regardless of where or who you are.
In Chaos Theory, the term “Butterfly Effect” was given to a theory after it was confirmed that the flutter of a butterfly’s wings somewhere in Asia actually affected the formation of a tornado in the West. As ridiculous as this may sound,it is a fact.
Start looking beyond the physical realm and dimensions that you think you know and open your mind to accept truths that lie far deeper within the very roots of Creation.

For some people, I strongly believe that a state of loneliness begins in their minds, with the notion of complete detachment from everyone and everything (as you already mentioned), and that utter sense of disconnection begins to work itself into a down spiral depression, which in most cases is difficult to come out of.
I do think that something important that comes across very clearly and powerfully in your writing is the fact that "connectedness" is not just having lots of people around us, or having the blessing of a large group of friends (and by no means I am demeaning the incredible enjoyment and happiness that developing relationships may bring to a person's life), but you go even further than that to the fact that we are all an active and essential part of the Universe, and no matter how small we are in comparison, each one of us "Matters" to the whole. This is a fascinating truth that, in my opinion, many more people should become more familiar with, in order to keep moving us forward making positive changes in this world.
