Do you attend an interview knowing that you are going to get that job? Or do you just drag your feet around until someone either shows you the door or you manage to get through the interview? So, what do you really think is standing between you and the job?
All that grooming and qualification is not really going to do much if your knees get wobbly and your palms get sweaty when you get there. Would your composure and attitude change if you knew that you will get that job? If so, how?

So, I would really appreciate it if you would tell your friends about me. In fact,I believe that just about anyone can benefit from visiting my blog.

Through The Eyes Of A Terrorist
Published on February 26th, 2009 @ 06:34:17 pm , using 588 words, 135 views

There lies a person even behind all the hatred, madness and greed for vengeance that creates every terrorist. Although their actions can never be justified and should not be empathized with under any circumstance, the very fact that they are unable to find peace and joy on this planet without spreading fear and anguish around them, is pathetic.
Whatever be their true intention for spreading terrorism, they will never be able to gain the respect, love and empathy of people and this by itself sets them up for failure. Each step they take in this direction is only dragging them deeper into misery.

How To Make Marriage Work For You
Published on February 25th, 2009 @ 12:53:41 am , using 590 words, 185 views

It takes not two, but one to make a marriage work. It just needs you to believe that the solution to your problem lies within the boundaries of your marriage and that divorce is not an option.
You may not be the one who wants to get out but that does not mean that you are helpless.
You need to look at the relationship from a completely different perspective. You need to believe in your ability to sort the differences. If your partner has not been as faithful as you would like him or her to be, you should not start thinking that there is something wrong with you or that there is nothing you can do about it.
When you entertain such thoughts, they bring about a vibration within and around you that will support these thoughts. This is a scientific truth of life. It does not involve any amount of meditation or therapy. Neither am I asking you to ignore the situation.

Loving Your Body
Published on February 24th, 2009 @ 07:42:52 pm , using 419 words, 95 views

That little black dress no longer fits like it used to and the curls on your head lacks sheen and volume. Nothing seems to look quite right anymore and you just don’t have the time to squeeze in for a fitness session either.
We can just drift off in this tone forever but it is just not going to make things look any better. Cosmetic enhancements and therapies may enhance your appearance but if you are not grateful for the body you have now, you will always manage to find a reason why you don’t like the way you look.

Quit Feeding Your Phobia
Published on February 17th, 2009 @ 11:27:21 pm , using 531 words, 167 views

I have always hated roaches of every kind and everything about them would disgust and scare me. The very sight of a crawling or flying roach would make me bring the entire roof down.
I don’t remember why I felt this way about it or what caused me to develop this phobia. I suppose most people don’t know how they developed their phobias either.

Physician, Heal Thyself!
Published on February 16th, 2009 @ 11:19:23 pm , using 732 words, 167 views
There is a physician within each one of us. This physician can heal ailments and diseases that even the best medical fraternity can’t. Okay, so now you probably have confirmed your assumption that I am a loony with a weird brain-twitching disorder.
Does this mean that you just have to sit around and meditate yourself to wellness? Well, if you are not aware of this fact yet; I would like to be the first to announce that there are people out there who can actually control their body temperature, heartbeat and mortality at will! This, however, takes several years of practice and great faith in one’s ability to achieve the results.
I have no intention of heading off to the Himalayas nor am I suggesting that you do it (unless you have already packed your bags!).

Is Your Life Fragile?
Published on February 15th, 2009 @ 08:07:18 pm , using 403 words, 123 views

Do you believe that there is a very thin line between life and death? Do you feel that life is too short? Do you keep hoping that you will stick around to see your kids grow up?
If you said yes to any of the questions above, it would only mean one thing….that you are setting yourself up as a possible candidate for doomsday.

You Are Designed For Eternal Youth....
Published on February 13th, 2009 @ 09:42:58 pm , using 427 words, 208 views
The anti-ageing industry is probably going to send the mafia after me for revealing this but I guess it would take lots of effort and probably a global awareness program of some sort to convince every consumer to adopt this paradigm shift. They would probably spare me until then.
I have not stopped buying cosmetics or beauty products but I certainly don’t feel guilty if I never quite wear any product for more than a week. I suppose I buy these products more out of curiosity than as a means of retaining my ‘youthful’ looks.
I am no wiz kid in science but you don’t need to be a rocket scientist to figure your way around this subject either. All you need is some basic knowledge about atoms and cells, which are not too hard to remember. Here is what I figured from what was taught in school….

Waiting For The Recession To Hit You?
Published on February 13th, 2009 @ 11:18:38 am , using 480 words, 95 views

Subconsciously, your probable response to this question could be ‘yes’. Why? Well, because your thought patterns seem to lead you there.
Life is like a box of chocolates and you do get to choose the one you want! Each day, millions of people wake up, expecting to be affected by the economic crisis. There are some, who don’t. Strangely, in such situations, ignorance truly is bliss. Those few people somehow end up feeling and doing better than the rest!
Personally, I don’t think the recession has affected me in any way. I still exist on the same planet as you do and I am an active individual with a family and flourishing career! So, what do I do differently?

IT'S TOUGH TO STAY MOTIVATED
Published on February 13th, 2009 @ 10:24:53 am , using 479 words, 96 views
I have nothing against motivational and inspirational materials or speakers. In fact, I am an avid reader of many great self-help authors like Dale Carnegie and Steven Covey. It sure does help to read or listen to something that will emotinally uplift you at times. People need to stay motivated and there is an entire industry that serves this need.
Yet, do you often wish that there is more hard proof or facts to something that will reassure you than mere motivation? Like a lottery ticket that proves that you have won 25 million dollars? That’s the kind of hard fact I am talking about. I need to know I will get what I want. I need hard facts that prove it. Dont’ you?

The Ultimate Personality Development Formula
Published on February 13th, 2009 @ 10:23:54 am , using 547 words, 106 views
If this is your first visit to my blog, I would like you to know that I am very glad that you are here. In fact, I think that you should feel glad too, more so than me.
For me, this is another milestone (albeit a very important one) in life and I intend to make a deep groove along the way so that I can lead those who choose to follow.
This blog is about personal growth. It goes beyond the realms of self-help books and workshops. It goes back into the depths of history, when some exhausted scientists emerged from their stuffy laboratories, absolutely delighted about having discovered that the Universe actually contains much more than what we see.
